Timesavr has provided us with the opportunity to streamline so many of our necessary tasks and has made it much easier to keep things organized and running smoothly in our fast–paced environment.
Prior to joining Timesavr, we were still tracking our parent fees with a written ledger; we were hand writing receipts with each payment; and we had binders full of applications for child care. We have saved so much time since: at the click of a button, we now have access to all that we need in regards to the children and family records, waitlists, and anything to do with fees and subsidy. In the past we would use a variety of different documents and files to track staff information, and Timesavr has allowed us an efficient way to access all of our data in an easy-to-use format.
Timesavr has truly saved us so much time in comparison to the outdated tools we were using previously. The information that can be tracked and time that we have saved since starting with the program is absolutely invaluable. Vincent worked closely with us when we first joined to provide us with training and answer any questions we had and has always been open to feedback and suggestions about the program.
We have been very grateful to have this amazing tool as a part of our organization and highly recommend it for all child care programs.
