Before we discovered Timesavr our organization’s Out of School Care and Family Day Home Programs were using paper timesheets daily that needed to be added, compiled for monthly reports and stored. We had started using a different online registration and billing system that was supposed to improve our system but it still left us receiving incomplete profiles and dealing with a number of challenges related to invoicing.
Our organization began using the Timesavr system two years ago for our Out of School Care Program after hearing about the system from other child care directors. Timesavr has not only supported us in making registration, agreements, and detailed file management effortless and thorough but it has offered us a wide range of features that have allowed our organization to improve many other aspects of our operation. We are not only able to manage child and family information, we can also track daily attendance, staff to child ratios, staff profiles and timesheets, complete invoicing, and has such an incredible range of features that enable us to manage user access, track hours in alignment with gov’t requirements, create detailed reports (such as attendance, child medical info lists, consents, etc). The Timesavr system was an intuitive system to navigate requiring minimal guidance to get started, yet any time assistance has been needed
Vincent has been responsive and supportive. Not only has he created a system that meets the needs of a wide range of Child Care Programs including Family Day Home, Day Care and Out of School Care but the fact that the system continues to be updated with regular features added demonstrate an incredible commitment to serving Early Learning Programs to the best of his ability. I would highly recommend the Timesavr system to any organization wishing to have an efficient, user friendly tool with incredible support for an incredible price. Using Timesavr has been one of the best decisions made for our organization in the last decade and we are beyond happy with the service, features, and support of this platform that assists us in serving over 400 children and 60 Educators, Consultants, and Managers each month in our programs.
